1 General Terms & Conditions

Jililudo (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By accessing jililudo.bid — whether through the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Jililudo. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

2 Account Register

To register an account on Jililudo, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• One Person, One Account: Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all will be cancelled and all balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate Identity: During registration, you must provide your real name, date of birth, phone number, and email address.
• Account Security: Your login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. Sharing your account access with anyone else is prohibited.
• KYC Verification: Prior to processing a withdrawal, Jililudo may verify your identity. You may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID card or passport.
• Contact Information Update: If your phone number or email address changes, update your account details immediately.

Jililudo reserves the right to verify any account and may temporarily suspend it pending the outcome of an investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

3 Age & Eligibility

The minimum age to participate on Jililudo is 18. This is not optional — it is a strict legal requirement.

• At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Jililudo may request proof-of-age documents at any time.
• If gaming on a shared family device, use parental controls to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

4 Deposits & Payments

5 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing funds from Jililudo is straightforward and secure. However, certain conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.

• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 300 (three hundred taka).
• Verification Required: KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.
• Same Method: Withdrawals are generally processed using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours.
• Bonus Wagering: To withdraw winnings derived from a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• Account Under Investigation: Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during investigation of suspicious activity.

Jililudo reserves the right to decline any withdrawal request where there is evidence of a terms violation. In such cases, the affected user will be informed of the reason.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Jililudo regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Specific terms apply to each offer and must be followed without exception.

• Welcome Bonus: A bonus is available on the first deposit for new members. This can only be claimed once.
• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has a specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x). The bonus amount becomes withdrawable only after placing bets totaling that multiplier.
• Validity Period: Each bonus offer has an expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses may not be applicable to certain games or betting categories.
• Abuse Policy: Any attempt to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts or via multiple household members will result in all associated accounts being closed.

7 Betting Rules

There are core rules in place to ensure all betting activity on Jililudo is conducted fairly and transparently.

• Bet Settlement: Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Jililudo specifically provides a cashout or cancellation option.
• Odds Changes: In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are final.
• Technical Error: If a technical error results in incorrect odds or outcomes being displayed, Jililudo reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed, Jililudo's rules will apply to any bets placed on that event.
• Maximum payout: A maximum win limit applies to each betting category. Any amount exceeding this limit will not be paid out.
• Match Fixing: If evidence of match fixing is found in any event, Jililudo reserves the right to void all bets placed on that event.

In the event of any betting dispute, Jililudo's recorded server data will be considered the final authority.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jililudo and may result in permanent account closure.

• Fraud & Manipulation: Using software tools, bots, scripts, or any other automated method in games or betting.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers or avoid a ban.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or gain unauthorized access to another user's information.
• False Identity: Operating an account under someone else's identity or with false information.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to deliberately disadvantage others.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Jililudo reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances.

• Involvement in a breach of terms or any prohibited activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of incorrect documents.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If the user submits a self-exclusion request.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any eligible balance can be withdrawn before closure, provided the relevant conditions are met.

10 Responsible Gaming
